Terms of Service
Last updated: September 1, 2026
These terms govern your use of buckmtnengraving.com and any order you place through it. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or a payment can't be verified).
- Prices, product availability, and lead times shown on the site are subject to change without notice.
- You're responsible for the accuracy of anything you upload or submit for printing/engraving — including making sure you have the right to use any photo, logo, or artwork you send us.
Wholesale accounts
Wholesale pricing is available only to approved business accounts, at our discretion. We may approve, decline, or revoke wholesale account status at any time.
Custom content you provide
You retain ownership of any photo, artwork, or text you upload. By submitting it, you grant us permission to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order. We won't use your uploaded content for any other purpose without asking you first.
Intellectual property
The Buck Mountain Engraving name, logo, and site content are our property. Product photos of our own work shown on the site may not be reused without permission.
Shipping & risk of loss
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the carrier rates available at that time. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is handed to the carrier or picked up in person.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Buck Mountain Engraving isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or a product purchased through it. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
