Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 1, 2026

Buck Mountain Engraving ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you use buckmtnengraving.com, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you place an order, request a custom quote, or create a wholesale account, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number (if provided)
  • Shipping address, if you choose to have an order shipped
  • Photos or artwork you upload for a print or engraving job
  • For wholesale accounts: business name and any other details you provide during signup

We do not collect or store your payment card details — those are handled entirely by Square, our payment processor (see below).

How we use your information

  • To produce, fulfill, and ship your order
  • To communicate with you about your order status
  • To calculate accurate shipping rates for your address
  • To manage your wholesale account, if you have one
  • To respond to custom quote requests

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Services we use

To run this site, we share limited information with the following third-party services:

  • Square — processes your payment. We never see or store your card details.
  • Shippo — calculates live shipping rates based on the address you provide.
  • Supabase — securely stores order information and any photos/artwork you upload.
  • Resend — sends order and account-related emails on our behalf.
  • Google — powers the address-autocomplete suggestions when you type a shipping address.
  • Vercel — hosts this website and provides basic, privacy-friendly traffic analytics (page views, not personal browsing history).

Each of these services has its own privacy practices governing the data they process on our behalf.

How long we keep your information

We retain order records and the photos/artwork associated with them for as long as needed to fulfill your order and maintain business records, and to handle any warranty, reprint, or dispute questions that may come up afterward.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your wholesale account or personal information at any time by contacting us using the information below, subject to what we're legally required to retain (e.g., for tax and business records).

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
